30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or an exchange.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all product tags fully attached.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our 24/7 support team at Support@Ferrox.Shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned jacket, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Mastercard or PayPal) within a few business days.
